ALSO A RV PARK!!!! The owners wife Linda I believe, and Amanda (another woman that works in the office on occasion) are very kind and understanding when assisting you with anything you need. They deliver your mail personally to your RV every day, however they just put up mail boxes so I believe that will be changing. The only reason we are here is because it is the closest park to work. The rates may seem low at first but there seem to be many variables. $240 a month for your space water and cable, you pay for your own Power and Im currently paying $40 a month for Internet and I HAD TO PAY FOR THE INSTALLATION TO MY LOT! There is absolutely no cell service here unless you are on the hill. No pets over 25 lbs and only 2 people per RV or you pay extra per person. Only 2 cars are allowed in your lot. And you have to pay for any 'visitors' staying over. Since I have been here more and more spaces are being put in. It appears they are only worried about making money because things are pretty congested and you are so close to the RV next to you you feel as if you have no privacy. Overall the only part I enjoy is the owners wife Linda. Because if the Owner has any problems he certainly isn't respectful or considerate about confronting you.
